Google Hidden Features You Might Not Have Known

Here is a list of some Google hidden features you might not have known.

1. Flappy Droid

This feature is hidden by Google in your Android phone. If you own a phone running Android Lollipop or Android Marshmallow, then you might don’t know that you have a Flappy Bird clone tucked away on your device.

To get to it, go to your phone Settings > About Phone and repeatedly tap the Android version number quickly. In few quick taps ( about 4 times to 6 times), you’ll get the screenshots shown below, one is a graphic of the letter “L” or “M”.

Now if you tap it 4 times to 6 times again and hold your finger down for a second or two, the lollipop or marshmallow will slide out-of-the-way, and you’ll get a fully playable game of Flappy Droid.

3. 42

Type ” the answer to life the universe and everything” in Google Search and then see what result Google gives you.

42

Why and how is 42 the answer to life, the universe and everything?

It comes from the book The Hitch Hiker’s Guide to the Galaxy written by Douglas Adams. Many theories are suggested to justify the statement but author Douglas Adams rejected them all. He was quoted as saying – “The answer to this is very simple. It was a joke. It had to be a number, an ordinary, smallish number, and I chose that one. Binary representations, base 13, Tibetan monks are all complete nonsense. I sat at my desk, stared into the garden and thought ’42 will do’. I typed it out. End of story.”

4. Flight Simulator
